The NCTCA is an annual convention that welcomes approximately 6200 teachers, administrators and delegates from many different school divisions who enjoy browsing our exhibits. This is one of the highlights of our teaching year and the exhibits are a key element of the convention. We hope you will join us!

Exhibitor Pricing and Details

2025 Rental Fees

  • $400 non-profit/field trip tables ($380.95 + GST) Important change: Tables 1 – 24 are only available to non-profit groups and field trip providers.
  • $625 regular booth ($595.24 + GST)
  • $675 corner booth ($642.86+ GST)

 

Items to note: 

  • Parking passes are not available.

  • Coffee and snacks WILL NOT be provided for Exhibitors.

  • Children are not permitted on site.

Choice of location (the Director of Exhibits will try to accommodate individual requests; however, booths are assigned on a “first come, first served” basis, upon receipt of payment. If you have paid by credit card, your booth request will be immediately confirmed. If you choose to pay by cheque, booth selection will not be confirmed until your payment is received and cleared by the bank. This may take up to 6 weeks.)

PLEASE BE ADVISED ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED CONFIRMATION YOU WILL HAVE 45 DAYS AFTER APPROVAL TO SUBMIT PAYMENT. IF NO PAYMENT IS RECEIVED YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED AND YOU WILL HAVE TO APPLY AGAIN.

No refunds for exhibitor booths will be given after January 15. A 10% cancellation fee will be withheld for cancellations made before December 15. A 25% cancellation fee will be withheld for cancellations made December 16 to January 15.

  • Corner and regular booths: 2-8’ skirted table, 1-6’ skirted table per 10’ x 10’ space and 2 chairs
  • Tables: 1-8′ skirted table and 2 chairs
  • A personalized show card
  • Security service provided from Wednesday night through until Friday at 8:00 a.m.
  • Choice of location (the Director of Exhibits will try to accommodate individual requests; however, booths are assigned on a “first come, first served” basis, upon receipt of payment.   • Wireless internet available throughout the Exhibit Hall. Please note this service may not meet your needs.

Hours of operation

  • Wednesday, February 5, 2025: Move in from 12:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Set up from 12:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, February 6, 2025: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Friday, February 7, 2025: 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (All exhibits will remain open until 3 p.m. on Friday.)
