Christina Crook is a pioneering voice in digital well-being and the founder and CEO of JOMO(campus), a cutting-edge leadership and digital wellness program serving K–12 schools across North America and Oceania. Through JOMO(campus), Christina equips educators and students with practical tools to foster focus, creativity, and connection in an always-on world.

She is the award-winning author of The Joy of Missing Out: Finding Balance in a Wired World and Good Burdens: How to Live Joyfully in a Digital Age, and the host of the JOMO(cast) podcast, where she interviews global leaders on the intersection of technology, purpose, and joy.

A sought-after speaker and certified digital wellness educator, Christina has worked with organizations including Oxford University, Adobe, and Shopify. She currently serves on the Advisory Committee for the Baylor Center for School Leadership and is a contributing author to ACSI’s Leading Insights: Artificial Intelligence.

Named a changemaker by All Tech Is Human’s Responsible Tech Guide, Christina continues to advance the global conversation on digital flourishing and leadership in education. She lives in Toronto with her husband and three children. Rowing and snail mail bring her joy.
